The Refuge REstoration CENTER
Aside from providing shelter to the homeless our vision is also to provide educational and/or vocational training, basic life skills, and spiritual guidance. This also includes recovery ministry that helps people with their addictions, habits, and hurts that many people in our community go through. This vision has always been a part of our work. However, the education and recovery ministries has not been a priority. We have not had the facilities or the volunteers to adequately serve the community. This is now all about to change!
We are pleased to announce we have been given a new building. It is located at 1009 N Saginaw St. in downtown Lapeer. Below is a proposal of the ministry.

Mission:
The purpose of the Refuge Restoration Center is three-fold. First it is to provide a space to facilitate restoration of individuals with addictions, hurts, and habits within a group setting. Second, to provide and facilitate space for educational and vocational training to teach life skills and spiritual guidance. Finally, to share the love of Jesus Christ to our community.
